By booking a photography service with Carrie Oh Photography, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Copyright & Usage Rights

1. The sole copyright is retained by Carrie Oh Photography.

2. Carrie Oh Photography is allowed to use the photographs taken during the photo shoot for her own promotional purposes and on social media channels, websites, as well as for advertising purposes.

3. The provided photographs may be used by the client indefinitely and in their original form, provided that proper image credits are given.

4. When publishing the photographs on social media channels or websites, a visible copyright notice (image credit) is required:

   • Instagram Feed-Post & Reel: tag in the caption and on the image / reel (carrie.oh.photography)

   • Instagram Story: mention in the story - tag doesn’t need to be visible (carrie.oh.photography)

   • Website (imprint / end of page): Photos - Carrie Oh Photography (www.carrieoh.com)

Cancellation Policies

These cancellation policies apply to personal branding, lifestyle, portrait, couples, family and proposal shoots.

1. More than 30 days before the scheduled shoot date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged to cover planning efforts.

2. 15 to 30 days before the scheduled shoot date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.

3. 7 to 14 days before the scheduled shoot date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.

4. 6 to 2 days before the scheduled shoot date: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount of the chosen package will be charged.

5. 1 day prior to the scheduled shoot date, on the day of the shoot, or in the case of no-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the chosen package will apply.
